About Me

I am an Irish, multi disciplinary artist and designer, my work is often inspired and influenced by politics and identity. I work mostly with textiles, pens, inks, and paint, with each media inspiring me in different ways and therefore the final results are quite diverse.

My work is often based on concepts and ideas rather than objects and things and I usually don’t mind if other people do not see or understand the meaning behind the work. Much of my art is inspired by and made in response to what is happening around me, such as global social and political movements and events and my own personal thoughts, feelings and opinions, like fear and anger.

I graduated from Textile Art, Design, and Fashion at Belfast School of Art, with a specialism in Fashion and Garment Construction and a minor in Printed Textiles, in 2020.
